Contributions, gifts or membership due made or paid to Harrisburg Cigar Club are not refundable or transferable and are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal Income Tax purposes. Harrisburg Cigar Club is a non-profit organization.
UNDERAGE POLICY: Harrisburg Cigar Club (HCC) neither solicits nor accepts HCC memberships from any person under 18 years. If you are a person under 18 years, please do not apply for HCC Membership.
